Clarification on Adult Consensual Content:
PDing recognizes that adult creators have the right to express themselves through consensual adult content, provided all participants are 18 years of age or older and have freely given informed consent. Under U.S. federal law (e.g., Title 18 U.S.C. §2257) and applicable international standards, each creator is responsible for verifying the age and consent of all individuals depicted. Adult consensual sexual content that does not otherwise violate these Guidelines or the Terms of Service is permitted. -
Prohibited Content: PDing strictly prohibits and will remove any content that violates U.S. federal and state laws, as well as applicable international laws, including but not limited to:
-
Content involving minors: Any sexual content depicting individuals under 18 years old is illegal (see 18 U.S.C. §§2251-2258), and PDing will immediately remove such content and report it to the appropriate authorities if necessary.
-
Non-consensual or exploitative sexual content: Including secretly filmed materials, sexual violence, rape, incest, bestiality, or any other form of forced or coerced sexual activity. Such content is illegal and will be removed without prior notice.

Child sexual exploitation material (CSEM): Strictly forbidden under all circumstances and subject to immediate removal and reporting (in compliance with U.S. federal law and international treaties).
-
Copyright-infringing works: Content that violates intellectual property rights under Title 17 of the U.S. Code (Copyright Act) will be taken down in accordance with the DMCA Safe Harbor provisions (17 U.S.C. §512).
-
PDing may also remove content that violates local laws in the jurisdictions where PDing operates or where users reside. When PDing becomes aware of illegal content, either through user reports or other means, it will take immediate action, which may include removal of the content, suspension or termination of the responsible accounts, and cooperation with law enforcement agencies as required.
-
Platform’s Role and Limited Intervention: As stated in the Terms of Service, PDing functions solely as an online intermediary platform under the protections granted by U.S. law, including Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. §230), and does not produce, edit, or distribute user-generated content. PDing’s intervention is limited to removing content that is clearly illegal or in violation of these policies.
