  • How to delete your account

  • Password not working / I don't remember my password
    1. You can only reset your password if you log out first. Otherwise, it will ask you for the old password when you attempt to change it on your settings 2. Once logged out, you can request a password reset 3. You'll receive an email with your reset link – follow the link and enter your new password
  • Email not working / I don't remember my email address
    If you need help figuring out which email you used to create your account or the email you're currently using, go to the password reset page and enter any possible email addresses you own. When you receive a reset email, it will confirm your login email. If you already know your password, you can ignore the reset and use your email and existing password to log in. Check your Facebook, Google, or Apple account settings in case you've used these third-party login options instead
  • What is the difference between a TREE and a LEAF?
    Trees and leaves are the currency units used within the PDing service. In the web service : you can purchase and view PPV content using trees. In the app service : you can communicate and give gifts using leaves.
  • I lost access to my email address and can't verify my device
    If you have an old email on file or cannot access your email to verify your device, please reach out to our Support team (help@pd-ing.com) for further assistance. Please note that we will need to verify your identity before taking any action on your account.
  • Submit a feature request or feedback
    -Do you have an idea for a new feature or feedback to submit? All users and creators can submit feature requests or feedback. Just submit your idea through the PDing Blog Help Center. -Where do the requests and feedback go? Directly to our Product team! We review the feedback coming into this form alongside all of the feedback we get from social media, support tickets, and conversations with creators to identify common themes and areas to improve. This is an important step in deciding where we should focus next.
  • How to find the creator you want on PDing
    You can only find creators using the search bar if you know the creator's PD name or PD channel URL. If a creator marks their PD channel as adult content, it will not be displayed on PDing's main page. This is due to age restrictions. In this case, using Google or other search engines will help you find PD. 1) Use other search engines You can also find PDing creators using Google or your preferred search engine. The best way to do this is to search for "creator name" and "PDing." For example, if you search "amanda PDing" on Google, her PD channel will appear as the first result. 2) Check the creator's social media platforms If you are still having trouble finding the creator you want, it is likely that the creator has promoted their PD channel on other social media platforms. YouTubers or influencers who use PDing include a link to their PD channel on their YouTube channel, in the About section, or in their SNS introductions.
  • Supported languages on PDing
    To help you feel at home on PDing, our website and mobile apps can be viewed in multiple languages. Below is a list of currently supported languages. We’ll be adding new languages over time and updating this list to reflect future changes. <List of languages currently supported> English, Korean, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese
  • Are unused TREE/LEAF refundable?
    Unused TREE/LEAF after charging can be refunded within 2 days of purchase. For cancellation/refund requests, please contact customer service (help@pd-ing.com) via email. A 20% refund fee will be applied. Please attach your account information (ID/nickname/email address) and TREE/LEAF payment details (card sales receipt/Google payment details) to customer service (help@pd-ing.com) by email, and we will process the recovery and refund. ※ Payment details confirmation path - If you made a payment on Google Play Store Google Play Store Payment Confirmation Please check the link above and send us a screenshot of the receipt, including the order number starting with 'GPA'. - If you made a payment on Apple App Store, you can directly process a refund by contacting the App Store customer center.
  • The TREE/LEAF are not recharged even after payment.
    Due to temporary connection errors or communication problems between companies, TREE/LEAF may not be paid immediately after payment. In most cases, TREE/LEAF are paid within 10 minutes after payment, and in the case of virtual accounts, within 30 minutes at most after deposit.   • PD Rating System Guide
    PDs active in PDing are divided into 3 grades. The profit structure ratio differs depending on the grade. • General PD : 80% • Best PD : 85% • Partner PD : 90% Partner PDs are determined through a comprehensive grade review, and are given a fee discount of up to 90%.
  • How to set up a welcome message
    A welcome message is the first message sent to followers when they start following you. Write a welcome message that reflects your personality and charm. My Page → Message → Welcome Message Settings
  • Paid/Free Multimedia Messages
    You can send paid/free multimedia (photo/video) messages through 1:1 chat. 1) Click the + icon on the left side of the text input field in the chat window. 2) Select the photo or video you want to send and choose either the free or paid option. 3) Click the Send button.
  • How to promote my PDing channel on SNS
    -If you share your PD channel link on SNS, fans from that platform can visit your PD channel, subscribe, follow, and have quick 1:1 conversations. [My Page → Profile → Copy Channel Link] -Upload SNS Promotion Posting Please upload posts and stories on your main SNS (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) asking people to come to PDing. Ex) •"I'm on PDing more often than Instagram these days! Photos that aren’t public on SNS are available through the profile link!" •"I don’t check DMs often, but I can chat in real time on PDing :) Just go to my profile link to start a conversation!" ※ Tip If you upload content that best represents your activities as a creator, or photos/videos that spark curiosity about what you'll post on PDing, the impact will be even greater! For example: You can upload thumbnails or edit a portion of your video content as a preview to attract more attention.
  • An issue occurred during the ID verification process
    Are you having trouble proceeding because an error occurred during the ID verification process when switching PD accounts? 1. Registered email address 2. Your full name Please send an inquiry to PDing Customer Center (help@pd-ing.com) with the above two details to resolve the authentication issue.
  • How to apply for a payout
    The conditions and method for applying for a payout in PDing are as follows: 1. Conditions for applying for payout A withdrawal amount of $50 or more Users must not violate the terms of service 2. Method of applying for payout APP : My Page → Withdraw → Request for exchange WEB : Switch to PD mode → Exchange → Request for exchange 3. Date of application for exchange Exchange applications are available every Monday, and the exchange amount will be paid by Sunday. ※ If you exchange in a currency other than USD, the exchange fee is 1% and the remittance fee is 0.25%. The remittance and exchange fees are automatically deducted from the exchange amount and paid. After applying for exchange, it will be paid to the linked account 3-5 business days later.
  • What is the function of the group message?
    Group messages allow you to send messages by segmenting your target group. These messages are delivered to followers as individual 1:1 chats. 1. All followers You can send messages and content to all of your followers. 2. Free followers You can send messages and content only to free followers who have not used paid services. 3. Paid followers You can send messages and content only to VIP followers who have used paid services.
  • Chat room notification settings
    You can set the notice content you want to post in the chat room with your followers. How to set the chat room notice 1) My Page → Message → Chat room notice settings 2) Activate the chat room notice toggle and write the notice content ※ The chat room notice content is displayed at the top of the chat room.
